Hi, I’m Alison, and I found my way into graphic design through my love of books. In high school I loved reading books, especially the cheesy romance ones. I wasn’t always interested in the story line though, I loved looking at all of the different types of illustrations on the book covers. Although, growing up in the small town of Manitouwadge, I had no idea that there was actually a career for that. Once I discovered graphic design, I knew that was what I wanted my career to be. So, when I graduated high school, I moved to Ottawa and started learning as much about graphic design as I possibly could. Now I’m finishing up my last year of the program and I can’t wait to see what comes next!
